Freed forced labourers with the help of the local agricultural union and the "Comision Pastoral de Terra", are bringing a case against a landowner for non payment of wages. The ILO Declaration project in Brazil has provided the "Comision Pastoral de Terra" with training seminars and material to give people tools to avoid falling into forced labour.
