No, unfortunately the outstanding wages hasn't been paid. we tried to negotiate with the Shipowner Mr. Nader Dajani but the results were unsuccessful. Our lawyer, Rafael de Muller is gathering information to take a legal action on behalf of the crew. The above mentioned vessel remains detained by the PSC and by the Court in Algeciras Port. ITF (15 May 2017) Vessel arrested on behalf of the crew in June 2016, pending court decision
ITF (7 December 2017) Vessel arrested June 2016 but not resolved. Checking with lawyer
ITF Crew received help from Red Cross, Caritas, Search and Rescue Service, and Food Bank and Charterer.
