Businesses leading the way on disability inclusion

This comprehensive compilation includes good corporate practices from 30 multinational enterprises, all members of the ILO Global Business and Disability Network, who share the goal of creating a work culture that is welcoming and inclusive of persons with disabilities. Each company presented here has shared their single best practice regarding disability inclusion, with the aim to inspire and encourage other companies to learn from these practices and to improve the inclusion of persons with disabilities in their specific corporate setting.

The ILO conducts a cooperative audit training workshop in Jordan

In November 2023, ILO PROSPECTS Jordan and ILO-Jerusalem collaborated around developing a “Cooperative Audit and Control Manual” for use in both contexts in close collaboration with the Cooperative Work Agency (CWA) in OPT and the Jordan Co-operative Corporation (JCC).

Raising awareness on the cooperative model among coffee farmers in Lao PDR

Facilitators were trained on the cooperative model including its principles, values, structure, function and related legislation and policies to then train 400 coffee producers in villages of Dak Cheung district in Lao PDR.
