The 111th Session of the International Labour Conference will be conducted fully in person.

An explanatory note for national delegations may be consulted for the purposes of preparing the submission of credentials. Verified individual email addresses remain necessary for each participant listed in the credentials.

Access codes to the Online accreditation system will be sent to all Member States, through their Permanent Missions in Geneva or directly to their capitals on 2 May 2023. Member States that have not received an access code by 2 May 2023 are invited to contact credentials@ilo.org. Access codes will also be sent to invited international intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organizations during the week of 2 May 2023.

The site Delegations to the International Labour Conference (Credentials live) may be consulted to verify that credentials have been submitted and processed.

No onsite accreditation will be available.

The Credentials Committee Secretariat remains available to:

• receive objections and complaints in accordance with the Standing Orders of the International Labour Conference;
• update credentials (e.g., change in category, additions, deletions). These must be accompanied by a signed written communication (i.e., Note Verbale) from the Member State or be completed using the Online accreditation system;
• correct email addresses, titles and other information that may be transmitted using the available form;
• mark departures and substitutes that may be transmitted using the available form, as all accredited delegates are considered registered for the entire duration of the Conference;
• provide access codes for the Online accreditation system for non-accredited Member States.

The Credentials Committee of the International Labour Conference is comprised of one Government delegate, one Employers' delegate and one Workers' delegate. It ensures proper implementation of one of the founding principles of the Organization: tripartism and its corollary, the autonomy of each of the constituent groups: Governments, Employers and Workers.
