Latin America and the Caribbean: Haiti.
Asia and the Pacific: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Kiribati, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Western Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.
