Fourth Supplementary Report:
Replacement of a member of a committee set up to examine
a representation submitted under article 24 of the ILO Constitution

1. At its 268th Session (March 1997), the Governing Body appointed Mr. Durling as the Employer member of the committee it set up to examine a representation alleging non-observance by Uruguay of the Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981 (No. 155), made under article 24 of the ILO Constitution by the Latin American Central of Workers (CLAT).

2. Mr. Durling is unable to attend the present session of the Governing Body. The Governing Body is accordingly invited to appoint a replacement Employer member of the Committee.
